About leadership
To perform optimally as a team, being aware of shared values,
setting clear goals and connectedness in execution is a prerequisite. As a leader, you have the crucial role in this process. Someone who knows where we are going, within what boundaries we are working and really knows how to give substance to the word "Connectedness" in working as a team.
Where the leader sets purpose and direction, the manager provides the conditions to achieve them. By coaching, the team member becomes aware of how to move forward on his/her own with his/her current questions. 'Three hats' that can be worn situatively by one person.

Your way of leadership
There are dozens of prefixes you can put in front of leadership: serving, authoritarian, cooperating, coaching, etc, etc. All ways. All theories that you just have to wonder if that's your way. And no way stands alone. They all intertwine in practice and are also applied situatively here. In my opinion, however, there is only one that really matters: Your way of leading.
The way that your followers say, Yes, that leader I believe, that leader I understand, that leader I trust in view of our common goal.

In the master classes I provide, we will work intensively on developing "Your Way of Leadership.

About Peter Hans
Drives, essence and nuance
are three words that are inseparable from me.
What drives myself and the other in life. Where do we find each other. And how do we create an enjoyable society together in work and private life?
Our art of living requires continuous pragmatic development with a permanent eye and ear for detail. Nuanced, preferably with a bit of humor, I continue to search for the essence of the current topic. This is the basis on which I would like to contribute to your goals. Preferably in a combination of coaching, as a mentor, trainer and as a consultant. I am a facilitator at heart. My career is characterized by work in which the desire of the other is central. In my own way I facilitate people and organizations in achieving their goals. Everyone's original motives are always central. I have gained practical leadership experience as facilities manager of Amnesty International, director of Café-restaurant Vertigo in the Dutch Film Museum and as co-owner of Comcare ICT Knowledge Center.
After my course to become a coach and mentor, I specialized in (personal) leadership development.

The human touch, commitment and creativity are immediately recognizable in my approach. I know how to develop and connect people and organizations in a result-oriented way. I enjoy working for small and large organizations.
